As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Roofing Estimator to join our Service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction
• Review service requests, site reports and scope details to prepare accurate pricing for roofing repairs and maintenance work
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and site conditions for re-roofing and repair projects
• Conduct quantity take-offs for flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, SBS, modified bitumen, BUR, etc.)
• Price materials, labour, equipment and subcontractor scopes for service-related roofing work
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and confirm product availability
• Prepare and submit service quotes and small project proposals within required timelines
• Work closely with Service Managers, Project Managers and field teams to align scope, schedule and costing
• Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel to prepare and track estimates
Maintain accurate historical cost data to support continuous improvement in pricing accuracy

What You Bring to the Team

• 2–4 years’ experience in commercial roofing estimation (service experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems, repair methodologies and roofing assemblies
• Architectural Technology Diploma, Construction Engineering Technologies Diploma, Estimating Certificate, related education, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and site conditions
• Strong analytical and math skills to support cost estimating and value engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment

• Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (Based on experience)
