Bowling Roofing is a 4th generation, local family owned and operated company since 1933. We are looking for someone who is eager to enter the roofing industry or expand on their current experience in both Commercial and Residential roofing in the Greater Louisville Metro Area. The job title includes but is not limited to; jobsite material delivery and pick up to and from our warehouse, customer locations or supplier warehouse, perform commercial and/or residential inspections as needed and ensure jobsite locations have what they need for repairs and replacements.

• Flexible working hours (24-32 for material handler, more hours available to applicants that can perform roof inspections; 30-40 hrs per week)
• Higher pay potential per hour for those capable of material handling as well as performing inspections or roof repairs; can discuss pay based on experience.
• Louisville, Southern Indiana and surrounding counties area only
• A valid drivers license is a requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize personal or company vehicle to move and transport materials as needed
- Deliver materials to appropriate customer or supplier locations as needed
- Conduct Roofing inspections utilizing an app-based report tool on the go
- Conduct onself in a professional manner and in company approved and provided attire if interacting with customers
- Collaborate with office staff with most efficient jobsite deliveries and pick up routes
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in roofing industry or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain a clean driving record and lift heavy materials
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and an eagerness to learn and grow with the company

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
