About the Role:
IBC Roofing Charleston is seeking motivated and outgoing Roofing Sales Canvassers to join our field team. This is a part-time role with a solid base salary and strong commission potential. Your primary responsibility will be to identify homes with possible roof damage, engage with homeowners, and schedule inspections. Ideally, Sales Canvassers will work their way into a Project Manager Role. Details of growth opportunities can be discussed in scheduled interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Door-to-door canvassing in Charleston and surrounding areas
- Identifying potential roof damage
- Scheduling inspections with homeowners
- Representing IBC Roofing with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Tracking work hours and reporting progress to the location GM
Compensation
- Base Salary: $2,000/month base salary plus commission
Qualifications & Requirements
- Comfortable with door-to-door communication and sales
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Sales experience or willingness to learn sales skills
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and personal accountability

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
