Roof Treatment Technician (Exterior Spray Application)

Earn strong daily income working outdoors with a growing team.

We’re hiring hardworking, reliable individuals to join our install team applying advanced nanotechnology roof rejuvenation systems. This is a hands-on, outdoor role working on residential properties, helping homeowners extend the life of their roofs by 10 to 15 years without replacement.

Our technology has been featured on Dragons’ Den and is quickly gaining traction as a smarter alternative to full roof replacement.

No roofing experience required, but you must be comfortable working at heights and using equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Applying roof treatment systems using professional spray equipment
• Setting up ladders, safety systems, and job sites
• Cleaning and preparing roof surfaces
• Protecting surrounding areas (landscaping, siding, etc.)
• Working as part of a small, efficient crew
• Interacting with homeowners professionally on-site
• Walking customers through completed work
• Helping generate reviews and referrals after each job
• Ensuring jobs are completed safely and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working at heights (Working at Heights certification required or willing to obtain)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills with customers
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Experience with painting, spraying, roofing, or exterior work is an asset
• Valid driver’s license is a plus

Compensation

• $150 per job (based on roof size)
• Earn up to $450 per day
• Opportunity to earn additional income through sales and referrals
