Full-Time, Permanent Position
$25.00 - $27.00 NZD per hour (minimum 30 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, common areas, and workspaces.
Work independently and as part of a close-knit team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow cleaning protocols and disinfection procedures, using equipment and chemicals safely.
Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Maintain strong attention to detail and consistency in meeting brand standards.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 6 months experience as a Room Attendant or similar role.
Ideally at least 4 months experience in a property of similar size.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols, equipment, and chemical handling.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You Can Expect

Full-time, permanent role with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and occasional late shifts.
Shift times between:
Morning shifts: 8:30am – 4:00pm or 9:30am – 6:00pm
Late shifts: 2:30pm – 11:00pm or 3:30pm – 12:00am (as required)
