Full-Time, Permanent Position
$25.00 - $27.00 NZD per hour (minimum 30 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, common areas, and workspaces.
• Work independently and as part of a close-knit team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow cleaning protocols and disinfection procedures, using equipment and chemicals safely.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and consistency in meeting brand standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Room Attendant or similar role.
• Ideally at least 4 months experience in a property of similar size.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, equipment, and chemical handling.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You Can Expect

• Full-time, permanent role with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and occasional late shifts.
• Shift times between:
• Morning shifts: 8:30am – 4:00pm or 9:30am – 6:00pm
• Late shifts: 2:30pm – 11:00pm or 3:30pm – 12:00am (as required)
