Sobhi Sport is a 44 apartment property located in the iconic MLC clocktower building, a 1939 heritage building in the heart of downtown New Zealand. We are adjacent to the waterfront and within walking distance to the capital's most sought after restaurants, bars and shopping precinct. We have the TSB Arena, Sky Stadium, Te Papa museum and parliament on our doorstep - a fantastic location and atmosphere to work in!

This role involves the opportunity to work among a small and energetic close knit team in the house keeping department.

The day to day working on the following goals:

• Have a positive and uplifting attitude.
• Complete housekeeping duties to a superior standard.
• Ensure a positive in room experience for all guests.
• Have impeccable attention to detail with regard to cleanliness and maintenance reporting.
• Always maintain high standards of time management, performance and productivity.
• Working closely together with your team to deliver an exceptional accommodation product.
• Confidently and diligently follow the in room and common area housekeeping cleaning procedure including consideration of stock levels, timing, standard and process.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have considerable attention to detail and always strive to ensure a positive experience for all guests. They will have excellent time management skills, be flexible, motivated, reliable and self-efficient.

We are looking for someone with a string willingness to learn, high standards of personal presentation are expected, alongside a highly team orientated ethos.

The applicant must have entitlement to work in New Zealand. This role requires the successful applicant to have full availability and flexibility to work a rotating 7 day roster - including weekends and some public holidays.

Previous Housekeeping experience is advantageous but not required. An energetic and positive can do attitude will take you a long way in this role.
