Position Overview – Housekeeping Attendant (Pre-Opening Team):

Join us at an exciting time as we prepare to open our new Marriott hotel! We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to be part of our pre-opening team. In this vital role, you will help set the standard for cleanliness and comfort by preparing guest rooms and public spaces to reflect the high-quality service and hospitality expected of the Marriott brand. As part of the opening team, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as required.
• Ensure rooms are prepared for guest check-in, including making beds and organizing the room.
• Vacuum, dust, and wipe down furniture and fixtures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and housekeeping areas.
• Follow all health and safety protocols.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
