Our Service:
First Steps Creche, Silversprings. Post Code (T23RY89). We are a small full-day care service. Who is dedicated to providing a high-quality educational experience for children in our care.

Position:
We are seeking a caring and passionate leader to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Be responsible for the day to day organising and planning of the daily activities, to meet the needs of this age group.
– Have the ability to implement quality early childhood curriculum & creative skills to develop age-appropriate activities underpinned by Aistear and Siolta.
– Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children. Have a good knowledge and understanding, and the ability to follow TUSLA regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
–Minimum Level 6 - Early Childhood Care and Education qualification (Level 6/ 7/8 desirable).
–Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
–A nurturing and caring approach to supporting the children.

We Offer:

Hourly rate: € 18 – €20

Hours of work: between 7.30a.m. 5.30p.m. Monday to Friday

–Statutory sick pay.
