Job Title: After School Club Staff (Full-Time)
Location: Buddies After School Jobstown Community Centre , Tallaght
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (20 hours per week)
About Us:
Buddies After School provides a fun, safe, and supportive environment where children can play, learn, and grow after the school day ends. We value creativity, teamwork, and a genuine passion for working with children.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our after school program. The role involves school collection (beside out supervising and engaging with children, planning fun activities, and ensuring a safe, positive environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with children during after school activities
- Create and lead engaging games, arts, and learning activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space
- Work collaboratively with other staff to deliver high-quality care
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
- Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Will be Garda vetted by us
