Missions :

The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized service to our guests in the comfort of their rooms, ensuring a seamless and luxury dining experience.

Profile :

• Greet guests warmly and professionally when confirming guest preferences and providing suggestions based on menu knowledge, as well as when delivering in-room dining orders, ensuring a personal and memorable dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests over the phone or via tablet, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests or dietary restrictions, and deliver them promptly and to the highest standard of presentation.
• Collaborate closely with the in-room dining team, kitchen hoteliers, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service, fulfilling guests orders in a timely and accurate manner contributing to a personalized guest journey.
• Assist in taking inventory of in-room dining items ensuring all items are stocked and ready for service, reporting any shortages to management for restocking.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities, and amenities to offer recommendations to guests.
• Uphold the hotel’s luxury brand values by providing personalized service and anticipating guests’ needs without being intrusive.

What you bring :

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years server experience.
• Full-time position.
• Flexible working schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Outstanding abilities to build and maintain relationships and a regular client base. Creates a naturally positive and memorable experience for guests, excelling at recognizing and warmly welcoming returning visitors.
• Self-motivated, decisive, responsible, and driven to achieve goals.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis at the time of application. Visa sponsorship is not available for the position.
