What will be your role?

As our Room Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Room Service department. You will ensure that every guest experiences the highest standard of in-room dining, reflecting the sophistication and quality that define our hotel. In this leadership role, you will guide and support a dedicated team of room service waiters, ensuring that service delivery is flawless at every room.

Your responsibilities include coordinating the delivery of a diverse range of culinary offerings—from early breakfasts and exquisite multi-course meals to late-night snacks—all served directly from our kitchen to guest rooms and suites. You will also enforce rigorous standards of cleanliness and organisation, adhering to strict HACCP guidelines. Working in close collaboration with the Room Service Management, you will continuously enhance our operational processes and elevate the overall guest experience.

Our new Room Service Supervisor is someone who is not only quality-orientated but also excels at leading by example and delivering personalised five-star service. With a deep appreciation for high-quality service and a natural ability to engage both guests and team members, you are ready to take on a central role in our Room Service department. In addition to a strong background in room service operations at high-end hotels, you possess:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity in room service;

• A solid affinity with European food and wine;

• Excellent command of the English language (Dutch is preferred);

• Flexibility for a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon and evening);

• Residence in or around Amsterdam.
