Route Sales Automotive Tool Sales Route Manager

Responsibilities:

- Sell tools to established customers in the automotive trade on assigned routes
- Ability to drive a commercial box truck
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Manage inventory and stock shelves to meet customer demand
- Use computer to record sales transactions and manage inventory
- Follow company policies and procedures for route driving and product delivery
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company

Experience:

- General automotive knowledge
- Previous experience in automotive, route driving or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate product prices
- Ability to sell products effectively and promote additional items to customers
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales records
- Commercial driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

The territory we are hiring for covers Polk and Rutherford counties.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
