Overview
As a Route Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves managing a designated route, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products effectively. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maximizing sales opportunities through upselling and effective communication.

Duties

• Drive along a designated route to deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Identify sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of products.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
• Conduct regular route assessments to optimize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
• Utilize math skills to manage cash transactions and inventory counts effectively.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales or route driving is preferred, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey product benefits.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently on the road.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is a plus.
• A background in militarized environments or similar structured settings can be beneficial for discipline and organization in this role.
