Job Title: RPA Product Owner (Hybrid)
End Client: TD Bank (Automation)
Client Address: Toronto, ON
Duration: Feb 1 2025 to Oct 31 2025
*BGV must be fully cleared
*End client assets are required
*Subcontracting permitted by end client
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- 8+ years’ experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of automation solutions.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of existing automation processes.
- Provide guidance and support to the automation team throughout the development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Monitor and report on the performance and ROI of RPA initiatives.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RPA Product Owner.
- 5+ years of experience in automation, with a strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering RPA projects from concept to completion.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lucid.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in UiPath or BluePrism or any other RPA platforms.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,269.51-$128,336.84 per year
