Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver process mining initiatives using Celonis and Microsoft Process Mining (Power Automate Process Mining / Process Advisor), supporting clients across discovery, analysis, and value realization phases.

• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for process mining use cases, including data extraction, transformation, enrichment, and loading from enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM, custom applications).

• Work closely with customers to translate business questions and process improvement goals into analytical requirements, KPIs, and dashboards.

• Build process models, variants, performance analyses, conformance checks, and root-cause analyses tailored to customer-specific scenarios.

• Develop custom dashboards, reports, and insights that clearly communicate findings to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of process mining solutions through strong data engineering practices.

• Collaborate with automation, analytics, and business teams to identify process optimization and automation opportunities based on mining insights.

• Support proofs of concept (PoCs), pilots, and full-scale deployments, including solution design, storytelling, and value demonstration.

• Contribute to best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets for process mining and intelligent automation offerings.

Required Experience & Skills

• Hands-on experience with process mining platforms, specifically:

  • Celonis (data modeling, analyses, dashboards, KPIs)

  • Microsoft Process Mining (Process Advisor / Power Automate Process Mining)

• Strong background in data engineering, including:

  • Data modeling for event logs

  • SQL and/or cloud data platforms

  • Data transformation and enrichment for analytics use cases

• Proven ability to design and deliver customer-centric analyses and dashboards, aligned to business objectives and decision-making needs.

• Experience working with complex enterprise data landscapes and integrating multiple data sources.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from process data.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Finnish language proficiency is mandatory.
