Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the cosmetics industry. The successful candidate will develop and execute regional sales strategies, build strong relationships with key clients, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.-
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet sales targets.
• Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, analyzing sales data and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics.-
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:-

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the cosmetics industry only ( Perfumes / deodorant background will be prefer).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Skills:

• Sales and Marketing: Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Desirable Qualities:-

• Knowledge of cosmetic products and ingredients.
• Strong network and relationships within the Super Stockiest/ Distributors.
