Retail Sales Officer (RSO)

Location: Ambala Cantt

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.

* Understand customers' preferences, taste, and budget to recommend the most suitable jewellery.

* Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Maximize sales by effectively converting walk-in customers into successful purchases.

* Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

* Maintain excellent product knowledge and represent the PP Jewellers brand with professionalism.

Eligibility

* Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

* Minimum 3years Experience in jewellery (corporate jewellery Employees Preferred)

* Excellent communication and customer service skills. Hindi/English /Punjabi.

* Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented personality.
