Russells Team Lead
Reports to: Director of Russells
Location: Doolin, Co. Clare
What's the Role?
The Team Lead will support the Director across all aspects of the business, predominately to assist leading the team during service and ensuring all standards are in place.

Our collection includes Russells Seafood Bar, Russells Takeaway (Russells Fish Shop and Coffee Shop), and The Rocket House, at Doolin pier. What does the role involve?
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly into Russells Seafood Bar Manager.
- Ensure smooth running of the floor during shifts
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety in the restaurant/ bar
- Respond to customer queries and complaints while on shift
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to keep team motivated and productive on a group and one to one basis.
- Ensure the daily, weekly, month checklists are in place and maintained.
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Liaise with Manager on a regular basis
- Order and stock control of stock for the floor team e.g. napkins, cutlery, to ensure there is sufficient stock for the team.
- Report any maintenance issues
- Attend any meetings as required

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory preferred
- Strong operational understanding of restaurant/bar service.
- Excellent people-management skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate staff.
- High level of organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
- A natural commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work calmly and confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
