Job Overview

At RV Connections, we believe buying an RV should be one of the most exciting days in a customer’s life. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused RV Delivery Specialist to make that experience unforgettable.

In this role, you’ll guide customers through every feature of their new camper, ensuring they leave confident, comfortable, and ready for their next adventure. If you enjoy teaching, working with people, and learning how things work, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Conduct thorough walk-throughs of new RVs, explaining all major systems and features.
• Demonstrate the operation of:
• Electrical systems
• Water and sewer systems
• Propane appliances
• Heating and air conditioning
• Slide-outs, awnings, leveling systems, and stabilizers
• Entertainment systems
• Review maintenance procedures, warranty information, and owner resources.
• Answer customer questions with patience and professionalism.
• Complete all delivery paperwork and customer orientation checklists.
• Verify each RV is clean, inspected, and ready before delivery.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Continue learning about new RV models, technology, and features.

• Excellent communication and teaching ability.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn RV systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• RV ownership or RV industry experience.
• Experience in customer service, technical training, education, or sales.
• Experience towing or operating RVs is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Walk, bend, kneel, climb steps, and work both indoors and outdoors.
• Enter and exit RVs safely.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
