What We’re Looking For:

• RV Experience a Plus: We’re looking for individuals with a successful sales background and knowledge of RVs is a plus.
• High-Energy and Motivated: Bring your passion for RVs, people, and great sales results to the table.
• Team Player with Leadership Skills: You know how to collaborate with others and lead by example.
• Strong Sales Skills: You are a closing professional with the ability to connect with customers and get deals done!
• Communication & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable making 20+ calls per day, following up on leads, and using technology to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Guide customers through the RV buying process, providing top-notch customer service.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence, tailoring each presentation to the customer’s needs.
• Lead by example and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a high closing ratio and be proactive in asking for the sale.
• Use your sales skills to turn leads into loyal customers.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
