Saas Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with SaaS background to join our team. This hybrid role combines talent acquisition with employer branding, and you’ll play a critical part in building our team while also shaping and amplifying our employer brand. You will oversee & conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, and create and execute strategies to attract top talent in the SaaS market

A day in the life of Lansweeper’s SaaS Talent Acquisition Lead:

Talent Acquisition

  • You will be responsible for our global talent acquisition strategy, taking the lead in attracting, identifying and onboarding qualified professionals with the necessary skills to drive sales and success in the Software as a Service industry.

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring A players across various departments.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, understand job requirements, and provide market insights to ensure optimal hiring outcomes.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

  • Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.

  • Build and manage talent pipelines for critical tech roles, proactively identifying potential candidates for future openings.

  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners, negotiate contracts, and monitor partner performance to ensure cost-effective recruitment solutions.

Employer Branding

  • Act as a brand ambassador and work with our internal tribe of Employer branding ambassadors.

  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and HR teams to ensure a cohesive employer brand message across all platforms.

  • Monitor and manage employer reputation on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, responding to reviews and gathering insights.

  • Analyze employer brand metrics, reporting on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.


Are you the new Talent Acquisition Lead at Lansweeper?

I am someone who has

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in SaaS startups & scaleups, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

  • Understanding of the SaaS job market and its challenges

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English.

  • excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

  • the ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

  • a creative thinking and storytelling ability, with a passion for conveying a company’s mission and values.

  • A home base in Europe, preferably in or around our headquarters in Belgium
