Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do

Partner with operational leaders to drive safety, health and environmental compliance across VIC, SA, NSW and TAS.
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations to improve workplace safety.
Provide practical coaching and technical advice on SHE policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Maintain accurate compliance records while preparing reports and analysing SHE performance.
Support operational teams through regular site visits and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Hold a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or an equivalent qualification.
Bring experience from a WHS, Safety Advisor or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental practices.
Communicate confidently while building trusted relationships with managers and clients.
Stay organised, proactive and committed to creating safer workplaces every day.
