La risorsa ricercata è un/a Sales Account, che verrà inserito/a all’interno della Direzione Benefits & Engagement Solutions, con un focus sulle soluzioni Ticket Restaurant® e Edenred Shopping.
La figura sarà un punto di riferimento strategico per il nostro portafoglio clienti, nell’ottica di contribuire a rafforzare le partnership esistenti e garantire un elevato livello di soddisfazione e fidelizzazione.
Principali attività:
- Gestione della customer base esistente consolidando relazioni di fiducia con i clienti e assicurandosi che le loro esigenze siano sempre ascoltare e soddisfatte;
- Definizione e proposizione di condizioni economiche personalizzate per garantire il miglior equilibrio tra competitività e valore per i clienti;
- Supporto e partecipazione attiva allo sviluppo di stategie finalizzate alla fidelizzazione e alla retention;
- Gestione E2E del processo di acquisizione dei clienti, dal primo contatto fino alla gestione della negoziazione ed elaborazione dell’offerta;
- Raggiungimento target e obiettivi di sviluppo.

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nella vendita di servizi di employee benefits;
- Buona conoscenza del territorio e disponibilità ad effettuare spostamenti regolari per incontri con i clienti nell’area di Roma, Viterbo e Civitavecchia;
- Spiccate capacità relazionali e comunicative, con un approccio positivo e orientato al cliente;
- Predisposizione al problem – solving e capacità di negoziazione.
