Sales Account Manager

Established, leading wholesale foodservice company, supplying cafes/bakeries/food biz nationally, is looking for an experienced and friendly sales person to lead sales, marketing & key account/ business development.

* Office based only - No field work

You are strong in customer relationship management and consultative selling to grow key account customer spend with new products.

You are very organised and diligent with daily focus on customer list management to constantly work on upselling current customers, reactivating past customers, and dedicated to improving customer service to enhance customer experience.

You have 5 years+ experience in B2B sales, wholesale distribution, and customer account management experience, and working in food industry is a bonus, but not required.

You also have good competence in managing basic business office admin duties (logistics/stock/sales invoicing systems)

You have demonstrated experience in small sales team management and managing sales & marketing systems, including text marketing/social media marketing and other marketing programmes management.
