Ergonomic Consultant – B2B Sales Focus

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 Days Office/Client Site, 2 Days Remote)
On-Target Earnings: Up to €75,000 (Base + Commission)
Full-time | Permanent

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and personable Ergonomic Consultant with a strong interest in workplace health and a flair for B2B relationship building and consultative sales. This role combines health expertise with commercial awareness and is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Deliver consultative, solution-based sales to new and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (primarily multinationals)
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Organise and attend your own client meetings—both virtual and in person
  • Update and manage client information in our CRM system accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver tailored ergonomic solutions

What You’ll Need

✅ Qualifications in Sales, Business, or a Health-related field such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Sports Science, or Health Sciences
Proven B2B sales experience and confidence engaging with senior-level stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fluent English—both written and verbal

  • Southside, Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
