Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with existing customers and overseeing sales with our OEM client base. As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Account Manager will manage the internal Sales support team and work closely with the Operations teams to assist with achieving sales targets and maintaining regular communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve long-term success

Develop positive relationships and handle customers’ needs

Create Estimates for new sales enquiries

Grow Sales turnover with existing and potential customer networks

Ensure all Customer Sales Orders are received, acknowledged and processed

Maintain Customer Databases & Portals

Handle Customer Enquiries and Correspondence:

Sales Reporting:

· Prepare and generate sales reports, including sales performance and customer analytics.

· Provide regular updates on sales metrics to the senior management team.

Maintain Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

Supervise account representatives to provide excellent customer service

Report on the status of accounts and transactions

Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

5 + years in key account management roles.

Advanced knowledge of Order Processing and ERP systems. Experience with M1 Manufacturing an advantage but training will be provided.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced and team environment.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Professional and friendly demeanour.

Proven work experience as a Sales account manager

Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time

Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €50,000.00 per year
