Overview
As a member of the Premiere Suites National Sales Team, the primary responsibility of the Sales Account Manager is handling all the incoming leads and converting into reservations. The Manager will develop and maintain key relationships within Premiere Suites to ensure operational & strategic goals are met.
The Sales Account Manager enhances the department and organization reputation consistent with Premiere Suites’ vision, mission and core beliefs of services as well as building and supporting sustainable and productive relations with clients, guests & Premiere Suites’ stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Regular hours of work would be 12:00PM - 8:00PM EST
· Be the lead in answering incoming sales phone calls, web chats and any web inquiry
· Respond to online inquiries from agency partners within agreed to time frames
· Qualify & respond to these new inquiries by sending out quotes for their accommodation needs
· Follow up with the prospect within 24 hours of sending quotes
· Negotiate and book the reservations from these inquiries
· Enter all information on the opportunity & booking into the CRM system
· Send out the reservation contract to the guest and follow up to ensure that paperwork is completed prior to scheduled arrival
· Complete site visits as required
· Build and develop strong business relationship with the key contact(s) of our existing accounts
· Maintain updated files of clients and prospective clients in CRM
· Provide Sales Reports when required
· Participate in industry events, associations and tradeshows
· Achieve and/or exceed occupancy and revenue goals
· Work closely as a team and assist other departments, if required
· Professional in appearance and represent Premiere Suites in such manner at all community and industry organizations and related events
· Travel will be required on occasion
· Other projects and duties, as required
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Proven success in achieving sales targets and goals
· Must have Strong Computer Skills – Very proficient in Microsoft Office along with CRM experience
· Excellent telephone communication skills
· Motivated self-starter who works well both independently and with a team to drive results
· Ability to prioritize and to meet deadlines
· Exceptional customer service skills including relationship building and problem solving
· Displays a professional, positive attitude and maintains enthusiasm
· Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
· Available for on call duties on occasion
· Knowledge and experience in the sales industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Inbound Sales, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
- Post-secondary education; relevant diploma or degree preferred
- French/English required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
