Mileage Tyres is a tyre retailer and distributor based in Mullingar, with branches in Navan, Athlone and Galway. Established in 1986, we are a leading player in the industry, winning both tyre distributor of the year and tyre retailer of the year multiple times.
With 50+ employee's we are focused on creating an upbeat, pleasant work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls into the main reception.
- Meeting, greeting and assisting customers.
- Capturing, recording and updating customer details in our database.
- Providing administrative support to the sales department.
- Stock control of Tyres.
- Sales Invoicing.
- Ordering of new stock.
- Filing invoices and PODs.
- Managing docket books for breakdown services.
- liasing with head office and providing relevent paperwork when needed.
- Email handling.
- Various ad-hoc duties.
Experience prefered, computer skills necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
