Description:
About the role

As part of our Sales team, the Sales Administration Support role is all about connection and coordination. You’ll be the primary administrative link for your channel’s brands, ensuring smooth communication, reliable processes, and strong partnerships both internally and externally. Your support will empower the team to meet customer expectations and achieve shared success

Key responsibilities will include:
Administer catalogue submissions
Weekly and monthly reporting
Assist with annual planogram process
Complete promotional submissions
Ensure POS requirements are delivered as agreed an on time
Support and lead a team of merchandisers
Monitor team performance and set annual performance goals

This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Skills and Experiences:
About you

You are super organised with solid communication skills, a team leader with excellent attention to detail.

Enjoy a fast paced work environment
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Power Point and Excel
Strong communicator and problem solver
Copes well with change
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Solid leadership skills
Superior stakeholder management and relationship building skills
