A Family run business based in Glanmire are looking to recruit a Full-Time Sales Advisor for their busy Retail and Stores business. This Family run business has been operating for over 40 years and continues to grow its customer base. If you have an interest in Cars and Car parts this could be the role for you.

This is a permanent opportunity Monday to Friday 9-6pm and a half day every second Saturday. We are also for the right candidate willing to consider a 4 or 5 day week which would incorporate a day/s off during the week with Saturday working being a requirement. A competitive salary will be paid to the successful candidate. They will also enjoy additional annual leave based on service and company social events. Full Training will be given to the successful candidate.

Key Role Requirements, the below is not exhaustive.

· Serving Customers and dealing with queries face to face or over the Phone.

· Fitting various Car parts for Customers which can entail heavy lifting at times.

· Processing Sales using the Companies Software and Inventory System.

· Ordering stock if required and unloading deliveries.

· Checking stock deliveries against orders placed.

· Preparing orders for delivery

· Dealing with Customer Complaints if they arise in the first instance and escalating as appropriate

· Providing Quotations as required

· Liaising with Suppliers

Experience and Skills Required

· Strong Team Player

· Great face to face communication skills

· Customer service experience

· Eager to learn

· Computer literate

· Experience assisting customers and knowledge of a vast range of products

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
