Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay
  • Uncapped commission

Ability to Commute:

  • Boca Raton, FL 33431 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Boca Raton, FL 33431: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
