Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Telesales - Insurance)

Confidential is hiring Customer Service Associates for our Health, Motor, and Life Insurance verticals in Kharadi, Pune. Join us for a full-time, on-site role helping customers find the right insurance solutions.

Quick Details

• Salary (Freshers): Up to ₹25,000 CTC (₹21,500 in-hand).
• Salary (Experienced): Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn).
• Location: Kharadi, Pune (On-site).
• Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational shifts.
• Shift Timings: Females work day shifts (up to 8 PM); Males work full rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers interested in insurance.
• Understand customer needs to recommend suitable Health, Motor, or Life insurance options.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience through effective communication.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (Insurance background preferred).
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
• Language: Excellent verbal communication in both English and Hindi.
• Skills: Clear English grammar/pronunciation with no MTI or RTI.
