We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers
- Promote and sell company products or services
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
