We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the front line of communication with our customers—delivering excellent service, ensuring accurate order processing, and supporting sales growth initiatives. Job Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management:

• Maintain and correspond with customers in a professional and timely manner on behalf of the company
• Enter orders accurately and efficiently into ERP/CRM systems
• Promptly and effectively resolve customer service matters
• Create and process RMAs (Return Material Authorizations)

Inside Sales Support

• Quote customers quickly and accurately
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and opportunities
• Generate leads with existing customers by identifying additional product opportunities
• Assist customers with recertifications and maintain the Check-Set database

Sales Growth & Strategic Initiatives

• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives that support long-term revenue growth
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and help maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning ERP/CRM systems
• Prior customer service, inside sales, business development and/or order entry experience preferred 2+ years (manufacturing or distribution industry a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
