Job Summary

As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for signing on landlords for Qterra's Tenant Placement Service and assisting potential tenants with the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the property to prospective residents.

Qterra's Leasing Department provides extensive support the Sales Leasing Consultant position with entire teams assisting with the admin side of leasing including booking qualified sales meetings with landlords, booking showings with tenants, reviewing & verifying tenant documents, and marketing.

A successful candidate is commonly an extroverted & comprehensive individual who provides great customer service. The objective is to get better on a daily basis and become who you want yourself to be.

Responsibilities

• Sign on clients/landlords for tenant placement services
• Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and act as main point of contact
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
• Prepare and process leasing applications and renewals
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction

Experience

• Strong organizational skills
• Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of market trends
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Retail sales background beneficial
• Ability to upsell and promote property features
• Multilingual capabilities advantageous
• Basic math skills required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
