Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the polymer industry.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective fieldwork and client interactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Marketing Activities
- Promote company products through presentations, demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Support branding activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Prepare marketing materials and reports to support the sales strategy.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless order execution.
- Track customer orders, delivery timelines, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales pipelines, and MIS reports.
- Provide regular sales and market feedback to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of polymer products, applications, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
