About the Opportunity Super Asia Foods is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for three dynamic Sales & Marketing Managers to join our team in County Dublin. As one of Ireland’s leading Asian grocery retailers and wholesalers, our mission is to bring authentic Asian food culture to the local community. In this senior role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth, overseeing daily store operations, and executing targeted marketing campaigns to engage our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Operations: Supervise, motivate, and train new and existing Sales Associates. Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, setting a high standard for exceptional customer service and daily operations.
• Strategic Marketing: Manage content creation and promotional campaigns across key acquisition channels, including WeChat, Facebook, email marketing, and in-store displays. Write and oversee blog content, promotional copy, and culturally relevant marketing materials.
• Customer Experience & Retention: Coordinate daily customer service operations, professionally evaluate customer needs, and efficiently resolve any escalated complaints. Assist the Store Manager in designing strategies to attract and retain shoppers.
• Inventory & Analytics: Monitor store inventory, analyze consumer behavior using MS Office and digital analytics tools, and adjust product positioning to optimize sales and lower acquisition costs.

Essential Requirements

• Education: Minimum Level 8 Qualification (Honours Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma).
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven Sales and Marketing experience within the Asian retail, grocery, or wholesale market.
• Languages: Strict requirement for fluency in English AND Cantonese, alongside advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, WeChat, and major social media platforms for business marketing.

• Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of Korean food culture and products is highly advantageous.
