Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for building client relationships, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
