TKO Management is actively seeking motivated Sales & Marketing Trainees to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to jumpstart their career in sales, marketing, or business development—no prior experience necessary. What You’ll Do:
- Support the execution of dynamic sales and marketing campaigns in high-traffic retail environments
- Build relationships with customers to drive brand awareness and increase sales
- Participate in team training sessions and coaching to develop essential business skills
- Represent client brands with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
