Key Responsibilities:
- Site Visits: Accompany sales representatives to site visits, providing logistical and administrative support.
- Sales Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
- Project Coordination: Follow up with the operations supervisor to ensure smooth project execution.
- Marketing: Create, edit, and post engaging TikTok videos to enhance brand presence.
- Documentation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory records for efficient stock management.
- Presentations: Develop compelling PowerPoint slides for client presentations and internal meetings.
- Customer Service Reports: Draft detailed reports to document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain historical project records for future reference.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with video editing tools and social media platforms, especially TikTok.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
