Job Summary: The Online Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the online sales platform for four stores in a growing company. This position plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the physical and digital space as well as driving traffic and customer sales online. The primary responsibilities of the position will include the development of an online sales and marketing platform for the sale and shipment of products in inventory; supervision of the company website and integration with social media pages, customer facing retail sales and promotions, inventory maintenance, and exceptional customer service across all platforms. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Online Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to attract and convert potential customers. Manage social media channels by creating compelling content, responding to inquiries, and fostering community engagement. Identify new sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that increase lead generation and improve conversion rates. Work collaboratively as part of the corporate management team with input in buying inventory and company merchandizing, branding and promotional activities. Assure the stores are always clean and merchandise is fresh and appealing. Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts to maximize ROI. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives to ensure seamless communication across teams. Requirements Proven experience in sales or online marketing with a strong understanding of digital platforms and tools. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach to customer service. Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies based on performance insights. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and continuous improvement. Familiarity with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic graphic design is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. A positive mindset eager to learn new skills and contribute to team success. Active driver’s license; able to drive company transport van to all store locations for merchandise runs, and to acquire content for social media posts. Flexible schedule including willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50lbs. Willingness to travel between store locations as required, but at least weekly. Strong eye for design and current retail trends. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Computer, online and social media marketing expertise. Working knowledge of retail Point of Sales (POS) technology and Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle brands and designers. Fashion forward, sophisticated demeanor in keeping with the products offered in store. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great work ethic, creative and willing to try new things. Flexible and able to take and provide direction. Self-motivated and focused to ensure best results and achieved. Prompt, loyal, diplomatic, knowledgeable, honest and approachable. College degree preferred along with experience in retail sales, marketing and/or customer service
