Are you equally passionate about building high-performing teams as you are about delivering outstanding member experiences? We're searching for a Sales and Service Manager ready to inspire, drive results, and set a new standard for member engagement.

In this role, you'll be a key resource for the credit union on a wide range of financial products, services, and systems, guiding staff and supporting their professional growth. You'll oversee and help shape the overall sales and service experience, working to boost engagement and participation in the credit union's offerings.

You'll also play a part in developing training and resources for employees, collaborating across departments to advance staff development and team effectiveness. Supporting the growth and success of both members and employees, you'll set goals, analyze performance and trends, deliver training and offer direction to help the team reach its full potential.

What You'll Do:

Lead with Vision: Champion our commitment to world-class service by developing and executing sales and service strategies in alignment with our long-term mission and goals. Embed our values into every member interaction and team initiative.

Drive Team and Member Success: Cultivate a collaborative, high-energy culture where team members feel empowered, engaged, and equipped to deliver outstanding results. Foster an environment where every member feels heard, valued, and supported on their financial journey.

Analyze and Act: Harness sales and service analytics to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement. Transform insights into actions that elevate both team performance and member satisfaction.

Attract, Develop & Retain Talent: Build, coach, and mentor an agile team of service and sales professionals. Modernize our training and onboarding processes, promote growth from within, and champion a diverse pipeline of future leaders.

Innovate the Member Experience: Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new products, services, and experiences that delight our members and set us apart in the marketplace.


Who You Are:

A dynamic leader with proven experience managing sales and service teams in a fast-paced environment

Data-savvy, with a passion for using analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes

An exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, adept at coaching team members and fostering genuine connections with members

Driven to elevate both people and performance-never settling for the status quo

Inspired by innovation, collaboration, and making a real difference in people's lives


Your Experience Includes:

  • Minimum three years of related experience
  • Associates Degree or combination of education and experience
  • Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments

Expected Starting Salary Range:

$68,600-84,700 based on experience and location
