We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This position requires flexibility for both weekday and weekend shifts. This is not a summer job, both midweek and weekend availability is a prerequisite.

Job Description:

This is a customer service-focused role, with the primary objective of delivering exceptional service at all times. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers as they enter the shop
• Assisting shoppers in finding the goods and products they need
• Processing cash and card payments accurately
• Answering customer queries with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Offering advice and guidance on product selection
• Balancing cash registers with receipts
• Handling customer refunds professionally
• Maintaining a clean and tidy store, including vacuuming and mopping
• Showing an interest in social media and online engagement
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints with care
• Receiving and storing deliveries of stock
• Staying up to date with special promotions and arranging displays

Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
