Job Title: Sales Assistant at Textile Boutique
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month + Incentive (to be decided after appointment)
Job location: Hybrid (preferable in Ahmedabad)
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about fashion and customer service? We are on a hunt for a highly motivated and driven sales assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer service, in-store and across digital platforms
- Managing customer interactions via email, and social media with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Addressing stock discrepancies and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Sharing product knowledge and styling insights to enhance customer experience
- Thinking on your feet to solve problems and elevate customer satisfaction
Desirable:
Candidate who have worked as merchandiser in leading fashion aggregating agency or multi designer showrooms
