We, at Seven for all Mankind, are excited to be expanding our brand and our team at our store in Via Alessandro Manzoni, 43, Milan.

We propose the amazing opportunity to join us as Sales Associate (40 hours per week).

We offer a fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment.

How you’ll make a difference

• We expect that our Sales Associate will assist in maximizing sales, achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress/results against key targets;
• Increasing KPI’s sales;
• Build meaningful connections with customers, create a lasting impression and ensure each customer receives an individualized experience tailored to their needs;
• Making sure the store looks in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.

Your profile

• Two years proven experience as Retail Sales Associate;
• Great ability and interest in interacting with customers. Resilient and self-driven approach as well as able to put in place a centric customer approach;
• Ability to foster passion and Company vision to make every shopping experience outstanding;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Any other language is a plus;
• You do not mind working during weekends;
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato, Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: a partire da €25.000,00 all'anno
