A. Real-Time Lead Calling
- Contact incoming leads within 5–10 minutes of lead generation.
- Make multiple calling attempts wherever required.
- Ensure no incoming lead goes unattended.
- Maintain timely communication with prospects.
B. Lead Qualification
- Understand the prospect's requirements, budget and purchase intent.
- Identify genuine and relevant business opportunities.
- Ask industry-specific qualifying questions.
- Categorise leads into Hot, Warm and Cold.
- Filter out irrelevant or low-intent enquiries.
C. Meeting Generation
- Schedule qualified appointments for the client's sales team.
- Coordinate meeting dates and timings with prospects.
- Share relevant lead information with the sales team before meetings.
- Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings.
D. Lead Follow-ups & Nurturing
- Follow up with prospects who are not immediately ready.
- Re-engage leads who have not responded.
- Maintain consistent communication through calls and WhatsApp.
- Keep prospects engaged until they connect with the sales team.
E. Sales Team Coordination
- Act as the communication bridge between prospects and sales teams.
- Share qualified lead details and customer requirements.
- Take feedback from the sales team on meeting outcomes.
- Follow up on leads where meetings have happened but no decision has been made.
- Ensure a smooth handover from lead generation to sales conversion.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
