Job description
- Welcome and greet customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ascertain customers’ needs and interests
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all companies policies and procedure
- Answering queries from customer over phone and social media
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Must be physically fit, heavy lifting required occasionally
- Must be previous sales experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.50 – $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taupo Town District, Waikato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
