Job Description:

Our Sales team are on the lookout for a Sales Assistant to work in our C am bridge Village. Our Sales Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a key member of the Sales team. You will work alongside the Sales Manager on site supporting them with:

• Sales administration and follow-ups
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Organising events, open weekends
• Providing cover as required

You will be exposed to a variety of sales processes, including taking a potential resident through our Summerset sales process.

• Strong computer skills
• A detail-oriented approach, with confidence in managing the finer details that ensure everything runs smoothly
• High standards of personal presentation
• A genuine interest in working with older people and their families
• The ability to work 40 hours per week including one weekend day
