Job Description
The Lighting Showroom is the Midlands leading Lighting supplier. Due to our continued expansion we are hiring a full time sales assistant for our showroom.
Duties to include:
- Assisting both retail and trade customers
- Using our ERP system Intact
- Replenishing stock front of house
- Pulling orders from stores
- Maintaining showroom standards at all times
Preferred candidates will possess:
- 1 years retail experience
- Confidence dealing with customers in person, by phone and email
- Ability to use modern software and ERP systems
- Ability to problem solve and manage customer expectations
- Willingness to work across all parts of the business where required
