We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Baby and Toy department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to become part of our friendly and dedicated team.

While previous experience within the nursery or toy industry is not essential, experience in a customer-focused environment is crucial. Full training will be provided to meet our exceptional standards.

This role involves working shifts during week and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve targets by providing exceptional, personalised customer service
• Deliver outstanding service by going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance the customer experience
• Handle returns and process deliveries promptly and professionally
• Maintain store standards through effective merchandising and product presentation
• Accurately process transactions and manage stock requests

• Proficiency in IT and numeracy
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A keen eye for detail

Pay: From €13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 39 per week
